We had a fantastic stay at The Base. The location of the property is superb, with easy access to all the major attractions in Pattaya. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool was a definite highlight, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. The key collection process was quick and hassle-free, and the office staff were attentive and helpful. we had a great experience at The Base and would highly recommend it for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Pattaya.

We got exceptionally nice and incredibly comfortable room with washing machine and kitchen utensils plus a nice view. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Robins Nest, placed 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

We got great value for our money with a clean room, kitchen, and amazing views of the beach and city. The location was perfect, close to Central Festival Mall and the night market. The staff were friendly and helped us with transportation.

Breakfast delights could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

The Pool on the Roof: I was absolutely blown away by the rooftop pool at this hotel. It felt like I was swimming in the clouds with panoramic views of the sparkling sea. Definitely a must-visit spot for all water enthusiasts!

There was nothing I didn't like.

I keep coming back to this place for my stay in Pattaya. The staff helped me find local food delivery and it's just perfect for me. It has Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a lift. Can't wait to come back for my next trip.

My wife says that it would have been great if there were additional recreational activities specifically tailored for families with children.
